Menu

Our dishes are made with mainly local produce, mostly organic nature, all prepared with extra virgin olive oil from Umbria and this, together with the careful selection of meats, sausages and artisan production of excellent cheeses of these areas, shows the attention and care that we have to search for taste and quality. All the fresh pastries and sweets are all made by hand. The cellar is equipped with a careful selection of Umbrian and Tuscany wines and some extraordinary Italian excellence, as well as a large selection of beers.

Leek creme caramel with spelt wheat waffle

Hot heart of ricotta cheese and mascarpone with spring herbs on creamed peas, beans and snow peas

Smoked loin of pork carpaccio flavored with Provencal herbs with fennels and orange salad

Guinea-fowl terrine in walnuts sauce with creamed carrots

Homemade Umbrian psta with cream of onion from Cannara (Umbria), saffron and sheep\'s cheese

Cappelloni filled with purple potatoes and cheese on porcini mushrooms cream

Fagottini made with nut flour with pumpkin on a cheese fondue

Sheep\'s cheese filled gnocchi (dumplings) with truffle cream

Green maltagliati with marrowbone, suckling pig and meat sauce

Homemade tagliolini (ribbon-like pasta) with cream of zucchini and smoked trout

Leg of goose stuffed with ham and truffle mousse on cream of chickpea and soya miso

Sliced beef cooked on original hot stone from Valchiavenna:

- with smoked salt and liquid bruschetta

- with traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena and pears

- pepper-crusted with emulsion of Trasimeno Lake olive oil and herbs
